Been recently getting this error of 'Disk Write Failure' and then my hard drive dropping all together, so i formated and this seemed to of got rid of it happening, however after a week of a format i set the page files on the hard drives - and it started agian. Any idea why this could be happening? Is the hard drive just dieing?

It sounds like it's dieing. RMA time if you still have warrenty left. Bin time if you don't 
(Backup what you need, but by the sounds of it this isn't an issue for that drive).
