Diskeeper 10 Pro Question

I use this program for defragmantation of my hard drives. I have just installed a new Hard drive (Samsung Spinspoint Sata II 250GB) This drive is just used for storing photos, mp3 medium etc.

Now on "Analyze" on this new drive it says "Warning"

The overall health of Volume K: (Samsung drive) is degraded

The overall health is at a warning level for the following reasons

the MFT Usage is currently 99% of the total MFT size, whic indicates it is likely the MFT with become fragmented

Is this a bad thing

I dont understamd what MFT and I know I can change it but should i ?

Like i said above, it's not a boot drive, its just for extra storage

so should it be kept at 99% then

Yeah i realise you can change the MFT, but at the moment its on 99% on that hard drive, should i change it, and why ? and what to ??
