At one of our sites we have some Windows 2003 R2 servers running Diskeeper 10 with smart schedule set as normal, but it seems that every time we connect to one of the servers via remote desktop, the schedule is cleared next time we log on. The DK service does not stop or anything like that and we simply have to re-enable the schedule to get it working again (but this has to be done physically standing at the servers).
Is this a known issue? I can't find anything on their website or generally on the internet. Cheers!
