DISM Error 0x800f081f

Hi, i need to repair using the DISM command but I'm getting the dreaded::The Source Files Could Not Be Found.

Ive used the command Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:G:\sources\install.wim:1

Ive tried to repair using a mounted Windows 10 ISO. but I cant find my actual build ISO to download so I cant repair.

My OS build is 19041.572/Installed on 10/7/2020

Does anyone know where I cant get hold of this OS Build?, I've looked but cant find anything for this build. Ive used a few other builds but it needs to be the actual build to repair

Ah, thats why its not working because of that specific patch, Theres probably no way I can get a version i need then. Ill have to do a reinstall. such a pain though. cheers

Can you not just run the normal installer and do a reinstall but "keep everything" option?
