Disney+ on the PC

Has anyone got a hack to get Disney+ running at a higher quality through Windows?

From what I understand DRM is causing the content to run at a lower quality and looks rubbish.


I could watch it on the TV but I have a better audio system on the PC.

disney & netflix require a certain DRM plugin, edge is supposed to work & display in 4K, but i never got it to work, most have said the same

I ended up buying a cheap Apple TV (could use a nvidia sheild too or tablet) & connecting to my second screen & using Bluetooth Connectivity to my soundbar/earphones

Just to add, I have a few Nvidia shields and would recommend. However, only the latest (2019) does ATMOS for Netflix, the 2017 app has been "disabled" in a attempt to force people to upgrade! (that's my cynical view), as the 2017 does ATMOS for Disney and Prime so it's not a hardware issue.
