Did a massive £1700 order today at around 16:00 called up after I did it to check it would go out today as I paid for saturday delivery was told yeah it should, got an email saying its passed security checks and is being processed at 16:11 but still no dispatch email, I would like to know if I have to wait in all day or not, thanks a bunch OCUK if I dont get my order tomorrow you can take it all back

I know no shop talk on forums but havent ordered for a good year or so, and thought the emails came through quicker than that
 
I ordered thursday from somewhere else, with saturday delivery and its still saying pick in progress on friday night, needless to say I won't be too happy when it doesn't turn up til monday or tuesday next week...

Your order has been sent to our warehouse but not yet printed.
If your order remains in this state for several hours there may be an out of stock item delaying your orders progress.


all the items i ordered were in stock
 
Then it doesn't look like they managed to get the order out. It's pushing it a bit at 4pm. They must have had a lot of orders.

was told on phone it should go out by end of day, will call em tomorrow and find out, they had better refund my delivery costs for this
 
I had that same message on an order from overclockers at the end of the day and it arrived mid afternoon the next so it could arrive in theory.
 
sames, i done an order (granted a lot smaller) at 16:15 a couple a week backs and i had same thing but it still arrived - wasn't updated on the site until to following Monday :confused: being optimistic never hurt anyone :)

must admit still very lucky OcUK one of the few places where you can realisticly expect an order to picked and packed in under 2-4 hours :)
