Hi I'm new to scripting but I was wondering if there is any way I can create a script/shortcut to switch my display and audio out at the same time? I have a 40" TV with 5.1 surround speakers and a 24" IPS monitor with a sound bar attached to the bottom. Basically, I want to be able to switch between my 40" TV with S/PDIF out and my 24" monitor with the line out jack, in a single mouse click if possible - 2 separate shortcuts would be fine :)

Thanks in advance, any help is very much appreciated.

Just in case anyone is interested, I think I have found a way to do this without having to script anything myself - whew!

1. SSD (Set Sound Device) http://funk.eu/ssd/
Creates a desktop short cut to change the default sound device.

2. Ultramon, creates desktop short cut to switch monitors and resolution.

I plan on creating a .BAT to launch both short cuts at the same time then I'm going to convert the .BAT to .EXE so I can use my own icons :)
