My enjoyment of my new 670 Windforce is being seriously marred by this error, which occurs seemingly at random when playing BF3 and leaves you dumped at the desktop with the game running in the background. At first I thought overclocking the cpu/gpu was the problem, but it happens when everything is running at stock too. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm on the verge of returning the card. This is with the latest drivers and on a clean build btw.

The problem is either Drivers or volts. If a change of drivers does not help, I would return the card as you can't add volts.

This problem on other cards like a 560TI was cured very often with adding a little more voltage but sadly with the 670, you can't.

Had this problem once with ati but it only did it at the desktop, i think this was due to idle voltage too low, i ended up flashing the bios from another brand

If you do need to increase your volts, which you cant, i'd return the card. But out of interest whats your psu and your gfx temps under load?
