Display Driver problem :S

When ever i play a game it always freezes closes down and i get a notification in bottem right saying display driver error or something along them lines, i dont no why :S i have everythink upto date i think

im over clocked to 4.4 and im sure my pc should be able to handle that right?

if an amd card tried with power control setting at 20%? in ccc/overdrive

Okay ive gone into CCC and put power control settings to 20%

Ermm i cant remember if it says anything about CCC but it does crash to desktop
