my GTX460 just starting doing this. It would do it maybe once every couple of months, but since this morning, its doing it every few mins. Now I've reinstalled the latest nvidia drivers, and it hasn't happened since, but should I be worried? Could it be a sign that my graphics card is dying? should I consider an RMA to gigabyte?
 
just randomly. I don't think 50 c is enough to causing problems though...
It hasn't done it since I reinstalled the drivers though, so maybe the drivers just bugged out or something... I dunno.
 
it never happens in games though. only ever happens randomly when browsing the internet or something...
 
pretty much, yeah. I really just wanted to know if I should be worried, and if I should consider an RMA. seems fine now though.
 
just and update. formatted a few days ago, and the issue is still there, it happens a few times a day now. normally once when i first switch my computer on in the morning, then maybe 1 or 2 times more during the rest of the day. Either its an issue with the driver, or my card is dying?
