Yeah and no. It's nice to know you on a complete fresh install for the driver. Most people shouldn't need to use though till they have a driver issue.

Personally i use it every time after ive uninstalled the driver normally. For most though there is no need. It does clear old driver files that get left behind though so it actually saves a nice chunk of SSD space using it after each driver uninstall.
I had a spate of BSOD's and didn't have a clue what it was. I went back to the old driver and was still doing it. I ran this and no more BSOD's, so for that particular time, it was a Godsend.
