Display Issues when Overclocking

Hi all

I've encountered a bit of a strange issue whilst overclocking. I've managed to get my CPU temp down to around 60c on average with overclocking my FX6300 to 4.3mhz. It also only reaches this and slightly beyond during very particularly demanding segments in games with a lot of NPCs or draw distance etc.

Occasionally however my TV disconnects from my PC (hooked up with HDMI) as if I had pulled it out or something, I try reconnecting manually and the only solution seems to be doing a hard restart. I imagine this is a display driver issue or something but does anyone have more information on this they could share with me please?

Many Thanks

Hi.

Just because the symptoms appear VGA related, it is possible the CPU overclock could be causing a problem. All works OK at stock?

Ultimately CPU/GPU lose synch with each other.

Have you tried with multiple games?

Maybe less demanding ones would get away with it.

Could be a completely unrelated problem. PSU pushed too hard (not saying it is, but an option).
