I wasn't sure where to put this so please move as needed.

After a couple years of renting, we've just purchased our first office and are in the process of kitting it up, but I'm not sure what the best way is to achieve the video connectivity I need.

- I have 24 computers in total

- In the boardroom, there will be a plasma tv. I Need to be able to show the display from any of the 24 computers as well as control them.

- In the dev area, there is another plasma. I Need to be able to show the display from any of the 6 computers in that area. No need for control though.

What I'm thinking so far is to put another PC in the boardroom, which can then access the others via remote desktop.
For the dev computers, I'll just connect them to the tv with a vga/dvi/hdmi switch.

Is my plan sound, or is there a better way of doing this? Help! Please!

How much use is it likely to get? As a TV won't be great for long periods with little change on the screen.

The 24 are likely to get little use as it's mostly just for presentations to clients or internal meetings.
The 6 will be used rather frequently though, but only for short periods of time.
