Display Out Issues

I use my MacBook Pro in clamshell mode connected using displayport to my Dell monitor and I've noticed the weird artifacts every now and then.

Sorry probably should've said that it's a late 2012 13" MacBook Pro.

Intel graphics then...

I'd start with testing the displayport cable and input on another computer, before pointing fingers at the Mac.

I don't think its the cable as a restart normally clears the problem.
