Display Port GPU socket to HDMI monitor socket - Any issues with DP->HMDI leads I need to be worried about?

So looking to connect the display port of my graphics card to the HDMI of a new KVM I've ordered. Obviously I'll need a new lead for DP->HDMI. This will be at 1440p and at least 60hz.

Any issues I need to be aware/concerned about? Or is DP to HDMI trouble free generally?
