Hey Folks
So, Ive just bought a new monitor, an AOC q2770, and have connected it using the display port.
Coming from an aging 1080p HP monitor, the thing looks pretty stunning to me..
However..
Everytime I turn it off at the power button, it completely messes up the display on my secondary output, which is a TV connected via HDMI
To explain, I'm doing work on the AOC, with netflix output to the secondary display. Evertime I then turn off the monitor, whatever program I'm using then appears on my TV, making netflix vanish, and the whole system becomes a bit slugish momentarily
Is this a feature that can be disabled?
Previously to this, I would have had my old monitor connected via DVI and turning the monitor off or on had absolutely no impact on the second display
Any thoughts?
Thanks
