display port problem

not sure whats happened here but on my 3 monitor setup my monitor using the display port does not show up after a re-boot of pc and I have to go into

nividia control panel and sort it out every time after a reboot only just been doing this after weeks of no problems and yes I do click save settings after sorting it out.
 
It may actually help if you gave us something a little less vague to go on! ;)

How can any of us even begin to help you out when you've not even told us what video card(s) you're using, what monitors you're using, the rest of the spec of your PC would also be handy....You get the idea.

The only thing we can ascertain from your post is that you're using a Nvidia video card and 3 unknown monitors.....

anything else ask and I let you know really trying to sort this out the display port is on the asus 28" 4k monitor
 
Well first has anything changed since it started ?
Upgraded nvidia drivers for instance ?
Windows update ?
Return windows using system restore to a period when you know it worked ?
Changed your DP cable ?
In order for us to help you you need to give us more info eg what you tried, when it stopped working etc etc
