Display problems

Right, my screen is dark.

Using windows is fine, but in some games its just way too dark.

I'm running

p2 350
160mb sdram pc100
geforce 2 mx 200
6gig hdd
hansol 701a monitor

The monitor doesnt seem to have any brightness settings, just trapazoid/deguss etc.

Any ideas how i can make my screen brighter?

All monitors have brightness and contrast adjustments.

Sorry, i ment it has no brightness on the OSD, just the 2 knobs on the front, which are on full but it's still to dark.

And the nvidia drivers dont seem to keep the gamma when i'm playing a game.

Have you tried adjusting the gamma in the game options? The only other thing I can think of is that the backlight is dying.

warcraft 2 doesnt have gamma adjusting options.
