Got my Inspiron 17R this morning, everything is pretty much fine apart from the washed out look. I've tried to alter the contrast and brightness etc in the nVidia control panel, the intel onboard gfx control panel and the calibrate monitor option on windows 7, but everytime I move a slider, the display changes accordingly for a second but then reverts back to how it was.
Something seems to be overriding all the settings but not sure what, any ideas?
