display shenanigans code 43, amdtweak issues aswell

having really issues trying to get display on my intergrated, went down sometime this morning, have managed to get display on my vega, im showing code 43 for the intergrated gp, updated in control panel, reinstalled drivers 3 times now, but still nothing.
amdmemtweak wont work either for my vega, see below. its obviously driver issue somehwere, but be buggered if i can solve this issue

I've reset in end installed drivers like 5 times SFC!scannow as well . I got display back but see how this goes had corruptions every bloody where

ok use driver display uninstaller to uninstall all amd drivers. make sure you select in the options to not allow windows to install drivers as that sometimes causes driver issues. after that restart your pc then go to device manager and check to see if your gpu is visible as basic display adapter. then reinstall the driver manually and you should be good to go
