I don't know if this is really the right forum for this, but I couldn't find any other appropriate one.
I need to RMA a Linksys product that I bought from OcUK. The product is no londer under warrantee with OcUK, but is still under warrantee with Linksys. Now I bought this a couple of years back, and can't seem to dig up the email confirming the order - Linksys need proof of purchase.
Is there any way to pull up one's order history on the OcUK website (most other online etailers have a way of doing this)?
Help would be much appreciated, thanks.
PS: now why Linksys need proof of purchase rather than just the serial number showing the manufacturing date, I don't know...
