DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 Adapter?

Anyone know if such a thing exists or is likely to come out soonish? DisplayPort 1.2 to standard HDMI converters exist but they only manage 4K@30Hz. Are we just waiting for HDMI 2.0 chipsets to be added to these converters or is there a more fundamental problem?

There's probably not enough demand for them yet. Most monitors and TVs are still on HDMI 1.4 so that's the biggest market atm.
