monitor was all working fine yesterday turned the pc on today and getting this error message

displayport lower setting applied and its lower my frame rate to 30hz.

Its an Acer CB280HK 4k monitor. at anything higher than 1080p it will only do 30hz but at 1080 it will do 60.

Tried re-installing catalyst control center and not fix.

Any ideas?
