Does it really work? my gf's w800i got loads of scratches on the screen and im looking for something to fix it
I know its only 3.50 quid but still, its kinda waste if it doesnt work :S
cheers
Yep it works fine. Some points to remember though
1) I use the supplied cloth, dont' use any old rag
2) Press gently, like the instructions say, and take your time. It can take up to an hour depending on how bad the scratches are!
3) Don't use it on anything else other then the screen, its only meant for plastics, not watchs. If you have an 8800, or any other phone with a mineral glass screen it won't work (duh!)
4) Don't use it if your phone screen has an antiscratch coating. Last phone I think that has this was the Motorola V80, you can tell by running your finger accross *** screen. If it feels kind of "sticky" then the chances are it has one. But if your phone has a cheap plastic front (like most phones) it'll feel slippery.
5) I can't work miracles, and will live tiny scracthes, that you almost can't see, but if you sort angle it right, they wil be visible. But tiny almost invisible scratches vs. huge obvious ones, I know which one I'd choose.
