Dispose of old soil/turf?

As title, earlier in the year i dug some borders in our garden and put the soil etc in refuge sacks. However these are still in the garden due to my lazyness

Where can i take them to get rid? Would a recycle centre take such waste or is there a special place to go?

thanks for the answers, its not a lot really, maybe 7 bags like bin bag size. its just been out there for ages and is all wet and nasty so dont quite fancy putting it in the car! weighs a bit too so may see if they take it at the local place and then borrow the work van or something!

thanks for the suggestion but na i think its rubbish really, just ripped up mid year and stuffed in these bags then left out since
