Disposing of wheel with tyre

How can I dispose of the wrecked wheel and tyre I took off of the Rover?

Will the local tip take it? I have to go there anyway so is it worth taking the tyre with me?

I dont think I could chuck the tyre and wheel onto a speed camera despite how ever much I wanted to.

Leave a big skid on the highway and then leave the wheel at the end of it and drive off. Lol should raise some eyebrows with folk thinking it fell off a car
