Dispute on ebay

I filed a dispute against a loser on the 6th of may so that i can at least take back the ebay fees. Any idea how long it takes for a dispute to be settled when the buyer has not responded? Thanks

Can take a while.. but if the buyer doesnt respond.. then you're in favour! I had the same problem a while ago when I spent £220 on an iPod Touch... It never came, and I had been conned.

Got all my money back luckily!

I thought a dispute lasts a week if the buyer doesnt respond but am not sure. I dont wanna leave negative feedback because it might result in negative and i dont want to ruin my 100% score.

Cant leave negative feedback anymore, I believe. It was a big thing with lots of users being uphappy about it

I left neg feedback twice last week. Seller's did not send item. No neg feedback in return.

Yep, one of the reasons why I closed my account. It just seems that eBay want to poo on users from an ever increasing height.

IIRC it's about 14 days for a dispute to settle with no comms from the other party? That's what I remember from the times I had to open disputes as a seller anyway.

Sellers cannot leave neg feedback when the buyer has opened a dispute.

I have just noticed this too.

I have a non paying bidder and want to leave him neg feedback but cant.... no doubt he can still leave it for me :S

Ebay really dont have a clue do they ?

Yeah it's 14 Working days, far to long if you ask me.

For a non payment issue it's 8 days IF the buyer hasn't responded. Is it certain that once you open a dispute as a buyer/seller the other party can't leave feedback?
