Hello,

if I return something under the DSA will I get a full refund less postage costs?

Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) - within 7 days after receipt of goods notify supplier that u wish to return and get an RMA number. No reason needed for return. Goods must be kept in reasonable condition.

You will have to pay return postage. Supplier will give you a full refund for the product only.
