Distance Selling Regulations?

So, why were you unhappy with the item? Has some one already asked that? If not, it can't only be me that wants to know can it?

Unhappy with it all round really, The looks of the case in the online pictures look a lot nicer than in real life and also a few other reasons.

Also i asked for a refund and under my RMA page it say's
Outcome: Refunded

But i still havnt been given a refund under DSR, and today DPD knocked on my door and OCUK have sent the case back to me:confused::confused:

Anyone know what i should do? As i dont want to pay another £16 to send it back FFS..

I've used DSR to return a noisy graphics card (Palit GTX 460) back to an online retailer (not OCUK). Had no real problems getting a full refund, though I paid for postage.

Similar experience, returned an item to an etailer after 2 days (not OcUK), they paid the full refund and the postage too, had to send a receipt for the postage.

I'm having bit of an issue at the moment with OCUK... awaiting response to web note I sent earlier today, but taking longer than usual for them to respond. I requested return of monitor I just received yesterday (not faulty, just not happy with it), but was told as it was opened they would not accept return. Of course, I know this to be nonsense and I am perfectly entitled to return it under DSR. I have said this in my latest web note, but have yet to receive response. Rather annoyed they tried to palm me off like this to be honest... it's only because I've done my research and have been through this hassle with other companies in the past that I know my stuff. Hopefully they will respond to me soon.

UPDATE: All sorted now :)
