Is there anything wrong with adding distilled water to pre-made coolant?

I'm upgrading and adding another rad to my loop and dont think I have enough spare coolant to fully fill the loop again. The coolant is only a month or two old anyway. Is there anything wrong with just adding a little distilled water to it? The dye isn't a problem as the amount I will use wont add significantly much to the loop.

I couldn't see an issue,
There might be some separation if it's left a long time stationary, but any biocide etc in the coolant should be enough if you're not adding a lot.

I've added nealry half a litre of distilled water to Mayhems blue coolant before. the only down side is it gets a bit lighter in colour!

edit notes: thats 1/2 litre of distilled water to 1 litre of dyed coolant

Thanks for the input guys.

I don't think I'll be adding half a litre but I still have the option to buy some dye if I feel that the colour has gone too pale.
