Divx and DVD Converting

I am looking for some software that will allow me to rip DVD into DIVX (avi)files. Also convert avi/DIVX/XVID/etc files to play on standard DVD players.

I use VSO ConvertXtoDvd to covert files to dvd standard, I would definitely recommend it.

i find this easy to use, just load the divx files and click convert couldnt be more simple than that.

I still use DVDShrink (I think its still out there if you hunt for it!) and then Super to convert it to what ever I want (ipod, SE Phone...)
