Divx to ipod

Hi guys, i'm trying to convert a Divx file i have on my computer to a format that my ipod recognises, i normally use the videora convertor, but have found that when ever i convert divx files that the sound loses sync.

Has anyone else come across these problems or is is something i'm doing, if not can you suggest another program for me to try?

Also has a fix that worked for me with Videora.
