DIY £500 Build suggestions.

Hi All and thanks for reading.

I'm looking to replace my old rig which consists of the following:

Gigabyte X48-DS5
6GB ram
ATI 6970 GFX

Id like to keep the gfx card as it should be good for another year or two but i need to replace cpu/mobo/ram/cooler as i have everything else.
I have a Corsair 600W PSU so that should still be good enough?

Can anyone recommend a decent combo for around £500 please.
