i havent seen any kits but its just a sake of cuting in adding the tape and some silicone stuff... well thats what the council did anyway

Try the hire shops. You can get the injection machines for a day.

Yep, I saw it in one of my sisters magazines (one with Sarah Beany) and it's called chemical damp proofing. From what I remember you drill holes in the bricks and saturate them with the chemicals from this machine.
