Anyone suggest ways to make a dip station? My garage has no electricity points and is too far from the house to run an extension cable so drilling into the walls is a no-go.the ones I've seen online are all above £100.All I want is to do a few dips :(

I'm after a fairly sturdy dip frame that will take my weight plus a dip belt+discs.Anyone know of a relatively easy way to go about this? Chairs are too weak and not high enough. Why doesn't anyone do a life-sized meccano set? :D

know anyone who can weld ? if so just make one out of mild steel (its cheap enough) ,if not go to the local engineering firm and ask how much to make one to your own spec's.

welding would be the best way. could make yourself a bench that has dip bars on the end :D
