Perhaps we should all chip in for some of these, then drive around the country fitting them to fattys during the night. Thus saving the state and the NHS hundreds of thousands of pounds each year.

you dont need to be 'that' big to get/need/want a gastric bypass. even more so if your going private

infact if your so fat that you cant work then you are more than likely too big for a 'normal' gastric bypass !

Being a man, I don't read the directions. The picture on the box was more than enough. In fact, I didn't even buy this kit. A fillet knife, needle-nose pliers, a bungee cord, and some fishing line are all you really need to get this job done.

Within a matter of minutes, there I was laying on the kitchen floor with my guts opened up like the wounded soldier in the beginning scene of Tropic Thunder, pulling various organs out of his mangled and bloodied torso , and not like the wounded soldier in Saving Private Ryan laying mortally wounded on the beach pulling his intestines out, because I already knew my stomach was at the top of my intestines.

Anyway, fifteen minutes later I was threading 10-lb fishing line through my belly and on my way back to Old Country Buffet.
