Hi

I am looking for a bit of help I am looking into building a lean to green house very similar to this - http://myoutdoorplans.com/garden/lean-to-greenhouse-plans/

But I have some concerns that over time this could cause damp in the house walls. I have no building experience so am looking for any advice as to whether this could be an issue and any general tips that may assist my build or convince me to rethink my ideas.

Many Thanks.

Unless you intend growing orchids then you won't require a greenhouse with water dripping down the walls, most are in fact ventilated via an automatic roof vent* and will be as dry as any other structure.

Shouldn't be a problem, no different to having a unheated lean to conservatory.
Just make sure you fit the flashing properly, & ever thing will be ok.
