DIY machine polishing

Hiya,

Can anyone give me a rough idea on the tools needed to give machine polishing a go ? got an old car to try it out on but need an idea on what to get besides the machine polisher itself.

Cutting Compound, Finishing Compound, Medium Polishing Head, Soft Polishing Head.

And water......

Get the cleanyourcar.com DAS6 kit for 130 quid or whatever it is. Has everything you need to get going .

Edit - ok they are more like 170
