Guys,
Currently designing my new office for the new house.
I am looking at having a standard sitting type desk which then can also be raised to form a standing desk, as I read more and more this is better to work at and also for posture etc etc.
So the desk is going to be up against a external wall, so I can fix directly securing to this supporting wall. Now I would like it electric so that it can raise up and down.
Anyone know what would be the best way to convert this? what mechanism, would this be better being a small motor driving a thread rod to raise it, or hydraulics?
Noting its going to keep all my current work including PC, mac, screens, work etc so its going to have to lift some weight!
Any ideas!
