Dizzee Rascal on Obama

How do you think accents are born? Btw, I deliberately picked those 3 as they all use words either not in the dictionary, or out of place. Why Aye Man..

"'Course I'm British man. You know me. I'm here man. What's good".

What part of the country in particular speaks like that?

The whole of north east London.

Jeremy Paxman and Dizzie Rascal are wasted on Newsnight. Surely they should be in some kind of road movie?

The cretin (whoever the hell he is) should be put down and used for land fill, as should anyone else who utters the 'word' "innit"!

Was this the same interview as relayed on Radio1 with the phrase "If you believe you can achieve, innit!" ?

I'd buy a T shirt with that on it :D

Paxman was almost surprised by DR's positivity in a black man making it to PM here.

I think our generation is finally the one which wouldn't give a monkeys what colour he or she is.

Embarrassing.. Its nice that you think he's not taking himself seriously, I didnt see that, I saw someone struggling to string a sentence together...and as Vasquez asks above... why ask Dizzy Rascal about Obama. Is he more qualified to answer because of his ethnicity.. its ridiculous..

Forget how he was standing, or how he says what he says. When you take what he said, it actually has meaning and substance. :)

What saying "as long as they do right by the people" is substance? It's hardly thinking anything new is it! Not saying I have anything against what he's said or owt, but it certainly doesn't have a profound meaning or incredible substance!

What about 'for sure'? Practically everyone interviewed at the F1 uses that now.
