hey so i was wanting to create some virtual decks ? is there a software that does this ? so i can scratch all with the amazingness of a mouse?

Going through a mixer, yes, as it's all in manipulating the crossfader, you'd be surprised how little movement you can get away with on the record itself.

I had a play with one that uses timecoded discs put on a normal pair of decks and apart from a very, very slight lag it looked like a good idea to reduce the weight I used to carry around on a friday and saturday night, alas, when I left uni I also packed that in, still got my decks setup downstairs, may go and have a play (especially as our neighbours are being noisy tonight :D)
 
I have used Traktor Duo & Pro before, both were very good. I currently use Torq (by M-Audio) a long with a Torq Xponent, very cool bit of hardware and software. As your just after a software solution then Traktor Duo or Pro is defiantly your best choice :)
