dji phantom 3 4k vs the new 4 version

Can anyone who's got this one of these confirm to me if the camera on the Phantom 3 4K is the same as on the new one phantom 4 ?

You can pretty much pick up the phantom 3 now for £550 ish with the 4k camera and if its the same camera then I'll buy this one.

The sensor is the same, but the lens is different. The 4 produces less distortion compared to the 3.

Has to be a bit more than just a lens difference if the 4 shoots 1080 at 120fps?
