Dlink DI-524 can not login and ping different subnet

http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18055767

Motorolla cable modem SB5101--connected to ----WAN port of a Netgear ProSafe VPN Firewall FSV 318 V3.

One of a LAN port of the Netgear ProSafe VPN Firewall FSV 318 V3 conneted to ------WAN port of wireless router D-Link DI-524

ip address of the WAN port of a Netgear ProSafe VPN Firewall FSV 318 V3,,,puplic ip address.

LAN ip address of the Netgear ProSafe VPN Firewall FSV 318 V3,,,is : 192.168.0.1/24

WAN ip address of the wireless router D-Link DI - 524 is : 192.168.0.2/24

LAN ip address of the wireless router D-Link DI - 524 is : 10.10.1.1/24

Desktop is connected to a LAN port of the wireless router D-Link DI-524 and is getting DHCP address 10.10.1.148/24

Briefly the below is summary for the connection that I have

1- Motorolla cable modem SB5101----WAN port of FSV 318 (VPN is not configured yet)

2- LAN port of FSV 318-----WAN port of D-Link DI-524

3- LAN port of D-Link DI-524----Desktop

Desktop (when it is connected to D-Link DI-524)can ping

10.10.1.1 and 192.168.0.2 and 192.168.0.3 and can surf the net

but when I try to access the web page of D-link I can not ,,,I reseted D-Link DI-524 more than one times,,,I would have been able to access initially then when I try again , it gives me error on a broswer.

I tried firefox and IE

My second question why when I connect the Desktop to the FSV 318 I can not ping 110.10.1.1 ?,,,,still I can ping 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.0.3 and surf the net ?

Note: I know that there is another setting to connect those two routers, and there is another suggestion for using same subnet rather than using two subnets.
