Dmx6Fire and X-Fi in same system ?

Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone happens to be running a Dmx6Fire and a X-Fi at the same time in their pc ?

Just bought an X-Fi XtremeMusic, and I'm hoping I can have both installed at the same time, using the DMX6Fire for music writing / playback and the X-Fi for hw accelerated EAX in games.

If not, then my trusty Dmx6Fire will need to go

It should work just fine. Make sure the X-Fi is set as your default sound card in the Windows mixer and then set your music playback/sequencing software to use the DMX card. Hope this helps.

I have the DMX 6Fire 24/96 installed, at the same time I also had drivers installed for the onboard HD audio of my motherboard, was able to use both without any problems, no conflicts at all.
