DNP next day delivery

My order is supposed to come tomorrow as that was the date i chose when ordering last night, with next day delivery. But my order is still in the warehouse?? and all the items i have ordered show up as 10+ in stock whys it not been sent when i paid for next day?
 
wrong section mate, throw ocuk a webnote or ask in the support forums lower down. phoning them is good to.

obvious answer is that they could ship it tomorrow morning and still get it to you tomorrow

or is your question that you ordered it at night time asking for next day then failed to notice that the soonest day you could request delivery was this friday?

yeh guess so m8. ordered a full I7 build last night and it had friday as the option as delivery date. And still through all today its still in the warehouse. I just thought next day delivery would give me it but like u say it might ship tomorrow morning. If not here tomorrow ill phone them up and see what teh hold up is.
 
my delivery is a total mess too mate, delivery was supposed to be today, i requested that i was called to be told when delivered so i could be home, was called to say that the items where still in the Hub and wouldnt come till tomorrow, then when i got home today after work had a note saying they had tried to deliver it but no1 was home....from what i know they were only delivering 1 parcel, but where are my other 3?? :(
 
I've ordered for Friday too, but still in the warehouse, although the PSU has now gone out of stock :S I'm sure it was in stock when ordered :S
 
guys ocuk are back-loged from moving premises last weekend, i had a order delayed last night also i was told this on the phone
 
So... two of you are upset that it hasn't arrived tomorrow yet, and the other guy is annoyed that they tried to deliver on the day they were supposed to?

And none of you have posted in the customer service section instead of in general hardware?

And none of you noticed that criticising ocuk is forbidden?

This is well being locked, good luck guys :)

^^back logged sucks but kind of makes sense, unfortunate that I'm waiting on an rma now though :(

I have actually :D no response yet though...

Not dising OCUK, just would have been nice to know if theres a backlog, maybe a notice on the site (would have been totaly understandable if I knew they were moving). If it doesn't come tomorrow in not in that office possibly for a long time and it's a present (hence next day delivery) kind of frustrating when you make arangements for something.
 
Should there be four? Whenever I've ordered large amounts I think I've had one massive box instead of lots of small ones. Also possible that the note you've been left is a generic one. Its possible they tried to deliver one today and the other three tomorrow, but that seems less likely. Hard to guess really, but I've ordered a lot from these guys and not been messed about yet. It'll all be fine.

Backlog is possible, fairly reasonable given they've just moved. Worryingly I was told to RMA to their old address, I'm off to ask about that. Thanks for pointing it out man
 
i believe we both have already mate, im not annoyed with OC, more the Freight company, and being offshore in guernsey, our freight companies over here suck :(

as far as i know there is 4, when i enter my consignment number i get 4 parcels numbers come up, eeach with a different time, location, etc etc
