Hi All I have been reading about DNS Servers , but i,m a bit puzzled about what is the advantage of using a free DNS alternative ,like OpenDNS ?

In some cases your ISP's DNS servers may be slow, in others they may redirect you against your will to advertising pages (with OpenDNS you can turn it off, but I still prefer to use other publicly accessible servers such as 4.2.2.1-4.2.2.6).
