I had a server (SERVER.DEVDOMAIN.COM)hosting 1 website until recently on a 10.1.10.104 IP which site on DEVDOMAIN. Users also access this site on another domain, which we'll call LIVEDOMAIN. This has the right HTTP access on the firewall with no issues.
We want to add an additional website (TFSWEB) using host headers on the same server with the same IP. This has been added and a CNAME entry has been added on the DEVDOMAINs domain controller. It works fine when browsing to http://TFSWEB/
The issue occurs when trying to access the site from the LIVEDOMAIN. The original website still works without an issue by browsing to the http://server.devdomain.com but for the life of me I can't work out how to get the 2nd website working on it. I've added a CNAME entry on the LIVEDOMAIN's domain controller pointing to SERVER.TESTDOMAIN.com but that doesn't seem to have worked.
I'm pretty new to this cross-domain stuff so I'd appreciate any help at all with this
