I'm thinking of buying a couple of domains and i'm just wondering who has the best (easiest) DNS management portal out there?

I've narrowed it down to either:

1and1 (used their DNS management before and didn't particuarly like it)
123-reg (never used)
godaddy (hear good things about them... but never tried).

I'm planning to buy a certificate at some point in the future and I know GoDaddy are good for those, so i'd prefer to use them for DNS management as well.

Any advice appreciated! :D

I use 123-reg for mine, and they're perfectly good. But so are a lot of others. Usually it's much of a muchness unless there are very specific features you need. It will more than likely come down to whether this is for business or pleasure. For a business I'd normally recommend using your ISP, if you have a proper business one, or Hosting provider if you've jumped on the cloud bandwagon. Or 'Hosted Services' as we used to call it before marketing people decided to rename it literally after the shape they saw on a visio diagram -_-

UK-Cheapest seems okay, you also get free WHOIS protection, well your name isn't protected but your address is. I managed to get a domain name for 2 years for around £7 or £8, and got a free SSL Cert verified by Comodo from instant ssl.

For non business I like portfast, they know their stuff and operate a reliable service which does everything you could need at a decent price. For business...Netnames I guess and suck up the prices.
