What’s everyone using DNS wise on there routers?

I’ve caved and ditching the BT Smart Hub. I’m having issues with it and going Tp Link Deco X50’s

Cloudflare 1.1.1.1

Edit: To be more specific, running local DNS server with PfblockerNG ad-blocking, with cloudflare as the external server.

I use BT's servers, as I'm with BT.

But also use the Cloudflare DNS over HTTPS in my browsers.

Cloudflare but with no malware. So 1.1.1.2 and 1.0.0.2.
