Hi All,

Im a little confused.

I have an IP cam on 192.168.0.13.

I have created a NO-IP account, which appears to send me to my router log in.

How do I get it to go to the IP Cam?

Thanks in advance.

camera on static IP address
change camera to some port other than 80 (not really necessary)
forward that port to the camera from router (port forwarding)

Which port does the camera server use?

You will need to forward the port number to the camera's local IP address in your router's control panel.

What happens if you bypass No-IP and connect directly to the IP?

How can i tell the port used by the IP cam.

Instructions are dodgy to say the least.

how do you access the IP cam currently?

Just by typing in 192.168.0.13 ?

If so, then in your router, forward something like external port 5000 to internal port 80 on IP 192.168.0.13

Now get someone else to test it by visiting.. YOURNOIPURL.no-ip.org:5000

Replace the bolt bit with your NO-IP

What router do you have?

Feel free to send me a trust message with the details if you want me to test it

Sorry for the delay guys.

I have changed the IPCam port to 5000.

The router is a zyxel-p-660hw.

I have gone into port forwarding and added a rule.

start port 5000

end port 5000

server ip 192.168.1.13

but nothing.

Any ideas?

i have four ip camera that work prefect in my sgt tablet, phone and pc as i used port 80.. u need to plug rj45 cable then use this ip address and open website thrn log in and set up included yer broadband username and password plus modem password and then enable wifi and wait for 30seconds.. once it all done then unplug the rj45 that will enable wifi in your phone or tablet or pc... i used four foscam ip camera that make u easy setup i download free ip tool software to check the ip address numbers. remember use password for the camera to protect your own to aviod people using your camera. if not work then reset for twenty seconds and see if u get full ip numbers then use this in website address bar.

Get it working through these in this order..

Locally using ip:5000
Externally using external ip:5000
Externally using no-ip:5000
